Otis Spunkmeyer & More

Top Seller

The "Otis Spunkmeyer & More" frozen food brochure fundraiser is a highly popular, dual-value school fundraising program that combines premium sweet treats with practical, convenient family meals. By leveraging household names like Otis Spunkmeyer and Joe Corbi's Pizza, it gives schools a high-profit program that's easy to sell because families already love frozen food for its quick, delicious convenience.

The program's core product offerings include 35 to 37 sweet and savory frozen items, highlighted by Otis Spunkmeyer pre-portioned cookie dough, gourmet muffins, and chocolate-covered edible cookie dough. Alongside these treats, the brochure includes premium Joe Corbi’s Pizza. The catalog also features other recognizable partner brands like David's Cookies and Reese's, all neatly organized with clear allergen and kosher indexes to make purchasing simple for all supporters.

This program structure is perfect for elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as sports clubs and school organizations. Items are moderately priced between $19.00 and $30.00 to ensure accessibility for supporters while maximizing return. Coordinators can also use a hybrid selling strategy to boost overall profits by combining the physical brochure with an online store, giving supporters access to over 800 products available for direct-to-home shipping. The program can even be paired with seasonal gift catalogs for maximum fundraising impact during major fall or spring drives.

Digitized tools support logistics and ordering with mobile ordering, automated email reminders, and structured parent instructions to keep the fundraiser organized. Because these premium products are frozen, sponsors will need to coordinate a specific delivery and pickup day so families can get their items back to a home freezer promptly.

Otis Extravaganza

The "Otis Extravaganza" frozen food brochure fundraiser is the largest, most comprehensive frozen food program in the school fundraising industry. Designed as a mega-catalog program to maximize reach with the target audience, it moves away from a single-product focus. Instead, it provides an incredible, unbeatable variety of treats, quick meals, and home goods that appeal to every demographic.

The defining feature of the Otis Extravaganza is its massive selection, boasting 154 total products packed into a high-gloss, multi-page catalog. The brochure includes classic Otis Spunkmeyer pre-portioned cookie dough in crowd-favorite flavors like Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. It also features a 12-slice variety cheesecake, "Brookie", a half brownie—half cookie, and Pumpkin Rolls.

To broaden its customer base beyond sweets, it also offers savory meals and frozen staples. These include pizzas, French bread pizzas, pretzels, pretzel dogs, soup mixes, and dip mixes. The brochure even offers Pine River artisan cheeses and summer sausages.

Beyond food, the catalog acts as a "kitchen sink" program by blending in curated home goods. Supporters can buy kitchen gadgets, books, wrapping paper, and seasonal holiday decor. The non-food inventory also extends to jewelry and novelty socks.

Financially, this fundraiser is engineered for high performance, allowing groups to earn up to 40% profit on all sales with zero upfront costs. Pricing remains highly accessible, with items moderately scaled between $12.00 and $32.00.

Coordinators can seamlessly launch a hybrid sales model where students hand out physical brochures locally. At the same time, they utilize a personalized online store link. This link allows them to sell a digital inventory of over 500 products shipped directly to out-of-town supporters.

For local brochure orders, distribution logistics are streamlined. Orders arrive entirely pre-sorted and packed by individual seller name roughly 3 to 4 weeks after submission.

Coordinators need to organize a dedicated delivery day with a few parent volunteers. This ensures the temperature-sensitive frozen goods safely make it back to home freezers.

Flatbread Pizza

The "Flatbread Pizza" brochure fundraiser is a highly efficient, single-price pre-order program that uses pizza's universal popularity to drive student participation while keeping the buying experience straightforward for supporters. Because flatbreads function as a lighter meal or an ideal after-school snack, they offer an attractive alternative to traditional heavy frozen pizzas.

The program is deliberately streamlined to optimize sales speed and minimize order-counting mistakes. It avoids overwhelming buyers by offering three classic, crowd-pleasing flavors on a compact menu: Pepperoni & Sausage, Chicken Alfredo, and Egg & Sausage Scramble. To simplify money counting for student sellers and volunteers, every single item is priced at exactly $15.00. This flat-rate model speeds checkout and reduces calculation errors when collecting cash.

The brochure model is a zero-risk program with no upfront costs. Your organization keeps a generous portion of the proceeds from every sale. Your group receives free full-color brochures, custom order forms, and cash collection envelopes to distribute to participants. At the end of the drive, you tally the orders, keep your profit from the cash collected, and pay only the wholesale cost to the distribution company.

Additionally, these programs frequently offer a hybrid setup where students can share a personalized web link to a digital store. This link unlocks an expanded online catalog of over 200 products that can be tracked automatically.

Distribution is structured to prevent typical frozen-food chaotic sorting days. Once you submit your master order, we process, pack, and ship items pre-sorted by individual seller. When the delivery truck arrives at your school or facility, volunteers do not need to sort loose items into piles. You hand each student their pre-packed box containing their specific customer orders.

Because the flatbread pizzas arrive frozen, coordinators must organize a strict "delivery day" window. This ensures parents can pick up their items immediately and transfer them directly to home freezers.

French Bread Pizza

The "French Pizza" brochure fundraiser—often called the French Bread Pizza program—is a highly efficient, high-return fundraising drive built around quick, affordable family meals. Because it features a comforting staple that kids already love, it requires minimal sales effort and carries absolutely no upfront costs or financial risk for the organizing group.

The catalog focuses on a selection of frozen French bread pizza flavors, usually highlighting crowd favorites like Three Meat, Pepperoni, Deluxe Supreme, and Cheesy Garlic. These items are specifically positioned as convenient after-school snacks or fast weeknight dinner solutions for busy households, making them an easy sell to coworkers, neighbors, and extended family members.

To boost your school's earning potential, this program uses a powerful hybrid sales model that lets students sell online through an expanded digital store with over 500 additional items. Sellers receive a personalized web link to share with friends and family via email, text, or social media. This online store unlocks an extensive collection of gourmet snacks, home goods, kitchen tools, and unique gifts, giving out-of-town supporters a way to buy and have their items shipped directly to their doorsteps.

Financially, this model operates as a 100% risk-free pre-order program. Your school, team, or club receives free full-color brochures, custom order forms, and collection envelopes, meaning you never buy inventory in advance. Sellers collect money at the point of sale, so your organization keeps your profit percentage immediately from the collected cash and pays the wholesale cost to the distributor only after your drive ends.

Logistics for coordinators are streamlined because the physical brochure orders arrive pre-sorted and packed by individual seller name roughly 3 to 4 weeks after submission. Instead of spending hours organizing loose frozen items in a chaotic gym or cafeteria, volunteers can instantly hand each student their designated box. Because the French bread pizzas arrive frozen, your group will need to set a strict afternoon pickup window so families can transfer their local items directly back to a home freezer.

Otis Cookies & Muffins

The "Otis Cookies & Muffins" fundraiser brochure is the flagship program for Otis Spunkmeyer®, recognized as the number-one best-selling frozen treat brand for K-12 schools across America. This program leverages strong brand recognition to drive high participation, making it easy for school groups, sports teams, and non-profits to reach fundraising goals quickly.

The catalog features a streamlined selection of the brand's most celebrated frozen bake-at-home treats, anchored by their pre-portioned cookie dough. It highlights classic, crowd-pleasing flavors like Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and Oatmeal Raisin, alongside their famous gourmet muffin variety packs. Because supporters already know the premium "fresh-from-the-oven" Otis Spunkmeyer experience, student sellers face little sales resistance when approaching neighbors, coworkers, and family members.

To significantly maximize your group's profits, the program utilizes a powerful hybrid sales model that connects the physical brochure to a customized online store. When students register, they receive a personalized link to share via text, email, and social media, which grants out-of-town supporters access to over 800 convenient direct-to-home shipping options. This online expansion includes an array of exclusive gourmet snacks, gifts, and seasonal items that are tracked automatically, drastically increasing the average order size.

Financially, this fundraiser is 100% risk-free, with no upfront costs or inventory fees. Your organization receives free full-color brochures, custom order sheets, and collection materials, allowing you to earn up to 40% profit on all sales depending on your volume. Your group keeps its earnings directly from the cash and checks collected at the point of sale, paying only the wholesale cost to the distributor after your two-week sales window closes.

Logistics are heavily optimized for school coordinators, as local brochure orders arrive pre-sorted and packed by individual seller name roughly 3 to 4 weeks after submission. Volunteers do not need to spend hours dividing loose frozen items in a chaotic gym or cafeteria; they hand each student their designated box. Because the cookie dough and muffins arrive frozen, sponsors must coordinate a strict afternoon pickup day so families can transfer their local orders to a home freezer promptly.

Gourmet Cookies & More

The "Gourmet Cookies & More" fundraiser brochure is a highly practical, high-value food program designed to maximize sales while eliminating the typical logistical headaches of frozen food drives. By focusing on high-demand, shelf-stable products, it gives supporters delicious treats that store easily for months while giving school groups, clubs, and sports teams a stress-free delivery process.

The program's defining feature is its entirely shelf-stable catalog, meaning none of the items require refrigeration or freezing during transit or on delivery day. The brochure features a premium selection of gourmet cookie mixes, dry baking blends, and curated snacks that offer genuine value to busy families. Because these products can sit safely at room temperature for extended periods, they are incredibly convenient for supporters to store in their pantries and enjoy at their own pace.

To boost your group's earning potential, this program features a powerful hybrid sales model that lets students sell online through an expanded digital store with over 800 additional items. Sellers receive a personalized web link to share with friends and family via text, email, or social media. This online store unlocks an extensive collection of gourmet snacks, home goods, kitchen tools, and unique gifts, giving out-of-town supporters a way to buy and have their items shipped directly to their doorsteps.

Financially, this model is a 100% risk-free pre-order program with no upfront inventory costs. Your organization receives free full-color brochures, custom order forms, and collection envelopes to distribute to participants. Sellers collect money at the point of sale, allowing your organization to keep your profit percentage immediately from the cash collected and pay the wholesale cost to the distributor only after your drive ends.

Logistics for coordinators are completely streamlined because the master order arrives pre-sorted and packed by individual seller name roughly 3 to 4 weeks after submission. Instead of spending hours organizing loose frozen items in a chaotic gym or racing against the clock before products melt, volunteers can instantly hand each student their designated box. Because the items are completely shelf-stable, volunteers don't have to coordinate a tight afternoon pickup window, making it the easiest distribution process in the fundraising industry.

Clay and Lisa were great to work with. Their communication and support throughout the process was great. The shipping and delivery process was super easy. There were a lot of things that are not said upfront or on their website. For example, the prize catalog is based on the catalog that you sell from. You cannot just pick which prize catalog would work best for your students. It was all very confusing. Another thing was that the company keeps 30% of all online donations. For example, if someone donates $20 instead of purchasing an item, the school or organization only gets $14 of that. The company keeps $6. This upset a lot of parents.

Questions
Do you have any tips for maximizing sales in a pizza fundraiser?
Answer

Feature pizza prominently in your brochure and encourage sellers to highlight it as a great seller. Bake a sample batch before your kickoff meeting—the aroma alone drives pre-orders. Encourage parents to take brochures to work, set daily selling goals, and promote both brochure and online sales simultaneously to maximize your cinnamon fundraiser’s earning potential.

Questions
Are there any selling methods that are not recommended for these fundraisers?
Answer

Yes—we do not permit door-to-door selling for safety reasons. Instead, participants should sell to family, friends, personally known neighbors, and parents’ coworkers. The online store serves as a powerful complement, enabling sellers to reach a nationwide audience without in-person contact. Combining personal-network selling with online outreach is the most effective strategy.

Girl sneaking cookieFrozen Food Fundraising Suggestions & Tips

  • Schedule a kickoff meeting to discuss sales goals, review the brochure together, and outline every detail of your frozen food fundraiser so participants start with clarity and confidence.
  • Tell students to ask their parents to take the frozen food brochure to work. Workplace selling is one of the highest-converting channels for food fundraising because coworkers love supporting local kids.
  • Remind everyone that door-to-door selling is not permitted. Focus on personal networks, family contacts, and online outreach through your fundraising store.
  • Encourage your participants to set smaller daily sales goals rather than a single large target. Steady daily progress prevents burnout and builds confidence throughout the campaign.
  • Participants should introduce themselves and their group to potential customers, explain why they are fundraising, and highlight 3–4 standout items from the fundraising catalog.
  • Track seller progress throughout the campaign using sales tracking tools. Recognize top performers publicly to maintain energy and healthy competition.
  • Encourage both brochure and online selling, utilizing the strengths of a comprehensive fundraising catalog. Groups that use both channels consistently earn more than those relying on a single method.
More Ideas for Online Fundraisers

A frozen food fundraiser is the ideal choice if you’re looking for versatile selling options backed by genuine product demand. Among the many fundraising models available—bake sales, car washes, candy bars, cookie dough fundraisers, popcorn fundraisers—frozen food consistently ranks among the highest earners for schools and organizations. The reason is simple: frozen food products offer universal appeal, premium perceived value, and practical everyday use that other categories cannot match.

You’ll turn heads with a few key choices, particularly when offering Otis Spunkmeyer and Cinnabon products. Our manufacturers make everything from scratch—no shortcuts, no artificial fillers. Shrink wrap seals in freshness from production to delivery. We produce our food with genuine ingredients, like fresh garlic, natural cheeses, real eggs, and premium-quality meats. When your supporters taste the difference, the products sell themselves. The $57 billion U.S. frozen food market proves the demand already exists—your fundraiser simply gives buyers a better reason to purchase.

Before showing the catalog to customers, we recommend that every seller become familiar with it first. Identify 3–4 key items in advance that you believe people will truly appreciate—whether that’s the signature Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough, the show-stopping 40 oz. cheesecake, or the ever-popular Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. When sellers can speak confidently about specific products, conversion rates rise dramatically.

A great selling point for frozen food products is that they can be refrozen if not completely eaten. We expect this won't be a problem with items this delicious, and it’s a powerful reassurance for customers concerned about food waste. Position your fundraiser as both a treat and a practical pantry addition—that dual-value proposition is what separates high-performing frozen food fundraisers from average ones.

The “Otis Spunkmeyer & More” brochure is a standout frozen food brochure option with tremendous variety. Cookie dough, muffins, and cheesecakes are all on the menu. Our favorite in this pack is the chocolate-covered edible cookie dough—a proven top seller in any cinnamon fundraiser. Some items in this brochure are microwave-ready, while others require only thawing and serving, making them ideal for busy families looking for convenient, delicious meals.

Some sponsors want more. Otis Spunkmeyer is already a favorite for its supreme quality and taste, so the "“Extravaganza” brochure goes a step further by featuring over 150 items. Everyone loves Auntie Anne’s pretzels and Cinnabon Sticky Bread. You’ll also find pizzas, brownies, and so much more. "One Price Otis" also features Cinnabon cookie dough and Otis Spunkmeyer muffins at a single, simplified price point. But our biggest frozen food fundraiser—the “Otis Extravaganza”—remains one of our most popular options because it combines unmatched variety with the strongest brand names in the industry. For groups that prefer a focused approach, our Gourmet Cookies & More brochure is another excellent choice.

The hidden gems of our lineup are the dedicated Otis Spunkmeyer and Joe Corbi’s Pizza products. While variety works, this collection is a more focused frozen food fundraiser option—and, given the overwhelming popularity of these items, it’s often the highest-performing approach. Everyone recognizes these favorites instantly. Just the branding alone garners excitement and drives impulse purchases.

Who can resist a warm, mouthwatering pizza followed by some fresh, delicious cookies? We recommend baking a batch of this product before your fundraiser kickoff. The aroma alone will entice potential sales and create buzz that carries through your entire campaign. Explore the "Otis Spunkmeyer & More brochure for 12 delicious cookie dough flavors plus decadent muffins, cheesecakes, and Joe Corbi’s pizzas.

Your profit varies depending on which items you sell and the total volume your group moves. But we’ve built a powerful tool that helps you estimate your profit with precision before you start. When it comes to selling frozen food, volume and participation are the critical components that determine your success. Here’s the basic formula for figuring out how much your group can earn:

Calculation Steps

  1. Student Count x Student Item Goal = Items Sold
  2. Items Sold x Average Retail Price = Gross Sales
  3. Gross Sales x Profit % = Group Profit

For a detailed projection, use the ‘Calculate Your Profit’ calculator on any "brochure fundraiser page. Enter your group size and per-seller item goal, and you’ll instantly see your projected earnings. Setting clear, achievable targets from the start is the foundation of every high-performing frozen food fundraiser.
