We ordered customized Kendal Tumblers and they came out amazing. This was for a class fundraiser and we had many people purchase them! The customer service was great, and we received a high quality product!

We ordered the mugs with lids and teamed up with a local gas station, they are offering 50¢ refills with your school mug. It has been a great success. Clay has been wonderful to work with and made sure we had our second order in time for an event that we wanted to sell them at.

Questions about Liberty Tumblers?

How it Works

How do we raise money?

Your group profits when your participants sell Liberty tumblers to their friends and family.

How do we pay?

Since product is ordered up front, you have the following payment options:

  • Purchase order: If you’re a public school, you can order Liberty tumblers without having to pay up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between us and your group. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of product. This gives you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit. Go to purchase order form
  • Credit card: Use our secure checkout process to pay for your product up front. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Select our 'Add to cart' button at the top of the page to get started.
  • Check: Mail in your payment. Your product will ship once your check clears. We accept a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. Submit our payment form and we’ll email you an invoice along with our mailing address.

Order Liberty tumblers at a discounted price and then sell it at full retail. The difference is your profit.

Do you offer pricing discounts?

Yes we offer volume discounts. For more information see our 'Case Pricing' table at the top of the page.

How soon can we start?

Liberty tumblers ship within 10 business days after artwork approved.

How long is the fundraiser?

We recommend giving your sellers 1 week to sell their tumbler allocation and turn in the money.

TIP: To ensure timely and accurate money turn-in, use a tracking sheet.

How much should I order?

The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many items you want them to sell. Since Liberty tumblers come 20 to the case, consider issuing 5 to each seller.

To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 4. Round up to the next case number if needed.

You can also use our ‘Profit Calculator’ at the top of the page.

Do you take back unsold product?

We do not accept returns.

TIP: Consider issuing unsold tumblers to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit.

Can participants earn prizes?

We don’t offer any prize programs with our Liberty tumbler fundraiser.

Product Information

How much do tumblers sell for?

We suggest selling Liberty tumblers for $25 each.

How many tumblers are in a case?

Are the tumblers thermally insulated?

Yes. Liberty tumblers are designed to keep liquid hot or cold for an extended period of time. They are vacuum insulated and come with a slide close lid.

What is the quality?

Liberty tumblers are kitchen-grade 18/8 premium grade stainless steel. They are made from 16%-18% chromium and 8%-10% nickel which are the top quality industry standards. Both metals add strength to the steel while nickel improves the resistance to corrosion.

Lids are clear and slide to open and close.

Do we choose our own logo?

Yes. Before submitting the design form you’ll be able to upload your logo.

How large is our logo on the tumbler?

To maximize impact, we’ll do a two-sided or wrap around design. The graphic area is 3”x3”.

What are our logo color options?

Our silver tumbler is the only option for colored logos. Red, white, black, and blue tumblers can only be laser etched. Etching into the colored tumbler reveals the silver logo.

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend placing our tumblers in the microwave or dishwasher. A care card is placed inside each tumbler and it’s suggested that they be hand washed instead.

How is our logo applied to our custom tumbler?

For color designs, each tumbler is inserted into a machine called a Helix. The art is loaded and then directly applied to the tumbler while it’s spinning inside the machine. After the art is applied, it’s followed by an application of varnish, which is UV dried. The varnish protects the logo that was applied to the tumbler. The artwork applied is not a sticker or vinyl application but rather a digital print.

For laser-etched designs, every stainless steel tumbler is coated with a color, such as red or white. The laser follows a design path to etch away the color applied over the raw silver steel, leaving the logo design behind. The silver color will then show through where the logo was engraved.

Making Sales

Is there a minimum order?

There is a 2 case minimum order requirement.

How much money can we make?

Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.

A sponsor with 55 participants wants everyone to sell 5 tumblers:

55 participants x 5 tumblers / participant = 275 tumblers

275 tumblers ÷ 20 tumblers / case = 13.75 cases (Round up)

14 cases x 20 tumblers / case = 280 tumblers

280 tumblers x $25.00 / tumbler = $7,000.00 retail

$7,000.00 x 45% profit = $3,150.00 profit

The profit would be 45% because you would need to order 14 cases (Volume discounts apply).

QUICK TIP: Enter your group size and participant goal into our ‘Profit Calculator’ located in the top right sidebar.
