How it Works
How do we raise money?
Your group profits when participants sell Tritan tumblers to friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since you order the product up front, the following payment options apply:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product. This gives you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order Tritan tumblers at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you charge a fee to design our custom tumbler?
No, we'll design your custom tumbler for free.
Do you offer pricing discounts?

How soon can we start?
Tritan tumblers ship within 5 to 7 business days after the artwork is approved.
How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their tumbler allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many tumblers you want them to sell. Since Tritan tumblers come 24 to the case, consider issuing 6 to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 4. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold tumblers to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Tritan Tumbler fundraiser.

How much do tumblers sell for?
We suggest selling Tritan tumblers for $20 each.
How many tumblers are in a case?
Each case contains 24 Tritan tumblers.
Are the tumblers thermally insulated?
Yes. Tritan tumblers keep drinks hot and cold. They are also sweat-resistant. No coaster is needed.
What is the quality?
Made of Eastman co-polyester Tritan material, Tritan tumblers have a lifetime guarantee. Under regular use, they won't break, crack, melt, shatter, or chip (The guarantee excludes lids).
Once the returned product has been received, you will receive a blank, clear product of the same size you returned. Replacement parts are shipped to you at our expense. You are responsible for shipping defective parts to be replaced.
Do we choose our design?
Yes. Before submitting the design form, you must upload your design, including any lettering.
How large is our logo on the tumbler?
To maximize impact, we use a full-wrap design. The imprint dimensions are 8.5" W x 7.25" H.
What are our color options?
We use a 4-color printing process, so whatever you upload on our design form will appear on your tumbler.
Can individuals personalize their tumblers?
No, individuals cannot personalize a tumbler. For example, someone cannot add their name or jersey number to a single tumbler.
Are tumblers dishwasher safe?
Tritan tumblers are microwave, freezer, and top-rack dishwasher safe.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a 4-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 75 participants wants everyone to sell six tumblers:
- 75 participants x 6 tumblers / participant = 450 tumblers
- 450 tumblers ÷ 24 tumblers / case = 18.75 cases (Roundup)
- 19 cases x 24 tumblers / case = 456 tumblers
- 456 tumblers x $20.00 / tumbler = $9,120.00 retail
- $9,120.00 x 45% profit = $4,104.00 profit

How soon do we receive our order?
Orders ship within ten business days after you have approved your artwork. The time to ship is dependent on your location from our warehouse.
Where do orders ship to?
Tritan tumblers ship from our Indiana warehouse to all the lower 48 states.
How is our order packed?
