Your group profits when participants sell Aspen cups to their friends and family.

Since the product is ordered up front, you have the following payment options:

• Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product. This gives you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
• Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
• Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us

Order Aspen cups at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.

Aspen cups ship within ten business days after the artwork is approved.

We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their cup allocation and turn in the money.

TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.

The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many cups you want them to sell. Since Aspen cups come with 20 cups in each case, consider issuing 5 to each seller.

To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 4. Round up to the following case number if needed.

TIP: Consider issuing unsold cups to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.

We suggest selling Aspen cups for $25 each.

Each case contains 20 cups.

Yes. Aspen cups are designed to keep liquid hot or cold for an extended period. They are vacuum-insulated and come with a slide-close lid.

Aspen cups are kitchen-grade 18/8 premium-grade stainless steel. They are made from 16%-18% chromium and 8%-10% nickel, the top quality industry standards. Both metals add strength to the steel, while nickel improves corrosion resistance.

The lids are clear and slide to open and close.

Yes. Before submitting the design form, you can upload your logo.

To maximize impact, we'll do a two-sided or wrap-around design. The graphic area is 3" x3".

Our silver cup is the only option for colored logos. White cups can only be laser etched. Etching into the cup reveals the silver logo.

No, individuals cannot personalize a cup. For example, someone cannot add their name or jersey number to a cup.

We do not recommend placing our cups in the microwave or dishwasher. A care card is placed inside each cup, and it's suggested that they be hand-washed instead.

Each silver cup is inserted into a Helix machine for color designs. The art is loaded and directly applied to the cup while spinning inside the machine. After the art is applied, it's followed by an application of varnish, which is UV-dried. The varnish protects the logo that was applied to the cup. The artwork is not a sticker or vinyl application but a digital print.

For laser-etched designs, every stainless steel cup is coated in white. The laser follows a design path to etch away the color applied over the raw silver steel, leaving the logo design behind. The silver color will then show through where the logo was engraved.

There is a 2-case minimum order requirement.

Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.

A sponsor with 55 participants wants everyone to sell 5 cups:

1. 55 participants x 5 cups / participant = 275 cups
2. 275 cups ÷ 20 cups / case = 13.75 cases (Roundup)
3. 14 cases x 20 cups / case = 280 cups
4. 280 cups x $25.00 / cup = $7,000.00 retail
5. $7,000.00 x 45% profit = $3,150.00 profit
