Welcome to the Big Fundraising Ideas experience! Our goal is to exceed your expectations by providing a smooth and seamless process from start to finish. Once you sign up, you’ll receive everything you need to run a successful sale, free of charge.

Along the way, you’ll receive important information like advanced notice on shipments, helpful email reminders and useful sales tips. Here’s how it works:

1. Choose your brochure

The first step is to decide which brochure will be most appealing to your customers. We have a great selection to choose from, including seasonal shoppers, cookie dough, frozen food, and specialty items. See our brochure fundraisers

2. Select your prize program

Next, pick a prize program that will motivate your group to get out and sell. You can choose to reward your sellers with more traditional prizes, personalized sportswear incentives, or even cash. Or, you can get your students really excited by offering them one of our exclusive big events. See our prize programs

3. Pick a kickoff date

Tell us when you want to begin and how many brochures you’ll need. Before your kickoff we'll send you what you need to get started including:

4. Run your fundraiser

Once you kick off your sale you’ll want to keep promoting it. We provide free sales tools that will help you reach or exceed your goal.

5. Process your order

Once you send us your order forms we’ll enter each order into our system and then create a sales report for you. Your orders are then packed by individual seller.

6. Receive your shipment

We’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date that works best for you. Then, once your order ships you’ll receive tracking information. We’re also available to answer any additional questions and help you wrap up your sale.
