How it Works
How does a Stanley Mug fundraiser work?
Your group profits when participants sell Stanley Mugs to friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order Stanley Mugs at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you charge a fee to design our custom mug?
No, we'll design your custom mug for free.
Do you offer pricing discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. For more information, see our 'Case Pricing' table at the top of the page.
How soon can we start?
Stanley Mugs ship within ten business days after the artwork is approved.
How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their mug allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many mugs you want them to sell. Since Stanley Mugs come in 25 mugs to the case, consider issuing 5 to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 5. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold mugs to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Stanley Mug fundraiser.

We suggest selling Stanley Mugs for $50 each.
How large are Stanley Mugs?
Stanley Mugs hold 40 oz. each. They are 10 inches high and have a top diameter of 4 inches.
How many mugs are in a case?
Each case contains 25 Stanley Mugs.
Are the mugs thermally insulated?
Yes. Stanley Mugs are designed to keep liquid hot or cold for an extended period. They are double-walled and vacuum-sealed.
What is the quality?
Stanley Mugs are kitchen-grade 18/8 premium-grade stainless steel. They are made from 16%-18% chromium and 8%-10% nickel, the top quality industry standards. Both metals strengthen the steel, while nickel improves corrosion resistance.
Do we get to choose our mug logo?
Yes. Before submitting the design form, you can upload your logo.
How large is our logo on the mug?
The graphic area is 3" x3".
What are our logo color options?
Our Stanley Mug is available in 5 different color options and can only be laser etched. Etching into the mug reveals the silver logo.
Can individuals personalize their mugs?
No, individuals cannot personalize a mug. For example, someone cannot add their name or jersey number to a single mug.
Are the mugs dishwasher-safe?
We do not recommend placing our mugs in the microwave or dishwasher. A care card is placed inside each mug, and it's suggested that they be hand-washed instead.
How is our logo applied to our custom mug?
The laser follows a design path to etch away the color applied over the raw silver steel, leaving the logo design behind. The silver color will then show through where the logo was engraved.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a 2-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 54 participants wants everyone to sell five mugs:
- 54 participants x 5 mugs / participant = 270 mugs
- 270 mugs ÷ 25 mugs / case = 10.8 cases (Roundup)
- 11 cases x 25 mugs / case = 275 mugs
- 275 mugs x $50.00 / mug = $13,750 retail
- $13,750 x 35% profit = $4,812.50 profit

How soon do we receive our order?
Orders ship within 10 business days of your approval of the artwork. The time to ship depends on your location from our warehouse.
