How do we raise money?

How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered up front, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product. This gives you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

How long do pretzel rods stay fresh?
$2 Caramel Sea Salt pretzel rods have a 9-month shelf life from the production date. To maintain freshness, pretzel rods should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Are pretzel rods kosher?
Our pretzel rods are peanut-free but not gluten-free or kosher.
Are pretzel rods gluten-free?
They are not gluten-free because the pretzels contain wheat. The first ingredient is a pretzel rod, not a fruit, vegetable, or whole grain. Therefore, they don't fully meet the Smart Snacks program requirements.
Are the pretzel rods certified peanut-free?
Only pretzel rods manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label. $2 Caramel Sea Salt Pretzel Rods are certified peanut-free.
This area is completely closed off from the rest of the plant. Only authorized personnel are allowed in this area. We examine samples of each production lot for traces of peanuts.
The peanut-free zone uses equipment not used for any other process. Only peanut-free zone employees work in this area. They are never transferred to the regular factory or have access to it.
Our facility is 'peanut-free certified' and is regularly inspected by government agencies.
Are pretzel rods nut-free?
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 7.6% of children have food allergies, 2.2% are allergic to peanuts, and 1.2% to peanuts and nuts. The percentage of children with peanut allergies has tripled in the last ten years alone. Only about 20 percent of children with peanut allergy outgrow it over time, so it is usually lifelong.
Peanuts, part of a different plant family called legumes, grow underground and differ from tree nuts, such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and pecans, which grow on trees. However, about 40% of children with tree nut allergies are allergic to peanuts.
While our pretzel rods do not contain nuts as an ingredient, they are not certified tree-nut-free, only certified peanut-free. The reason is that we manufacture our pretzel rods in a facility that processes other tree nuts. Only products manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label.

How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 55 participants wants everyone to sell 30 pretzel rods:
- 55 participants x 30 pretzel rods / participant = 1,650 pretzel rods
- 1,650 pretzel rods ÷ 120 pretzel rods / case = 13.75 cases (Roundup)
- 14 cases x 120 pretzel rods / case = 1,920 pretzel rods
- 1,920 pretzel rods x $2.00 / pretzel rod = $3,840.00 retail
- $3,840.00 x 40% profit = $1,536.00 profit

How soon do we receive our order?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement from one of multiple distribution centers nationwide. The time to ship depends on your location from the closest possible warehouse. We typically deliver orders within 1-3 business days after shipment.
Where do orders ship to?
$2 Caramel Sea Salt pretzel rods ship out of warehouses nationwide to all lower 48 states.
How is our order packed?
Orders ship by the case.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free on all pretzel rod orders and reorders within the continental United States unless the temperature reaches 76 degrees at any point from our warehouse to your destination. If the temperature is 76 degrees or above, we must take measures to protect the chocolate from melting. You will then incur an additional shipping charge.
