Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

How much should I order?

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.

How long do Chocolate Almonds stay fresh?
$3 Chocolate Almonds can remain fresh for 18 months if kept in their original, unopened packaging and stored in a cool, dry place. Once the bag is opened, consuming them within 7-10 days is best for optimal flavor and texture, though if resealed properly, they can last longer. To determine the actual expiration date, the product has a Lot Code that indicates when they were produced. The Lot Code is found both on the white product label on the master case and also in the white box on the back of every wrapper.
To determine the production date, if the Lot Code is 2G02129A, for example, the first number represents the second decade (2020-2029). The ‘G’ represents the year, which is 2026 (A is 2020, B is 2021, C is 2022, and so on). The ‘021’ is the day on the Julian Date Calendar, which is January 21. The remainder of the code represents internal information, such as the resource (machine) and sequence numbering. So, in our example, the lot code indicates that the product was produced on January 21, 2026, and is good through July 21, 2027 (18 months later).

A sponsor with 62 participants wants everyone to sell one carrier each (1 inner carrier):
- 62 participants x 1 carrier/participant = 62 carriers
- 62 carriers x 30 chocolate almonds bags/carrier = 1,860 chocolate almond bags
- 1,860 chocolate almond bags x $3.00/chocolate almond bag = $5,480 gross sales
- $5,480 x 35% profit = $1,918 profit

Candy orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. We have two warehouse locations: Dallas, TX, and Akron, OH. Ship time varies based on destination, but we can deliver to most addresses within 1-3 business days.
