Your group profits when participants sell $2 Welch's Fruit Snacks to their friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us

How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their Welch's Fruit Snacks allocation and turn in the money.

How much should I order?

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold Welch's Fruit Snacks bags to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.

Are fruit snacks healthy?
With fruit as the first ingredient, Welch’s Fruit Snacks meet USDA Smart Snack guidelines so kids can enjoy them at school, at home, or on the go. They also meet the 35-10-35 Guidelines for fats and sugar, which means no more than 35% of calories come from total fat, no more than 10% of calories from saturated fat or up to 1 gram, and no more than 35% sugar by weight. A good source of fiber, fruit snacks contain 100% of the daily value of Vitamin C and 25% of the daily value of Vitamins A and E. They are also fat-free, gluten-free, and have no preservatives.

How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 61 participants wants everyone to sell one carrier each:
- 61 participants x 1 carrier/participant = 61 carriers
- 61 carriers x 30 bags/carrier = 1,830 bags
- 1,830 bags x $2/bag = $3,660 gross sales
- $3,660 x 40% profit = $1,464 profit

How soon do we receive our order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of order placement from one of multiple distribution centers nationwide. The time to ship depends on your location, and we ship from the closest possible warehouse. We typically deliver orders within 1-3 business days after shipment.
Where do orders ship to?
Welch's Fruit Snacks orders ship out of warehouses nationwide to all lower 48 states.
How is our order packed?
Orders ship by the case.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free on all candy orders and reorders within the continental United States.
