What are Choco Sticks?
We make Choco Sticks by pairing rich chocolate with authentic biscuit sticks and topping them with crunchy cookie crumbs or popping candy. Every part of the Choco Stick is editable.
How does a Choco Sticks fundraiser work?
Your group profits when your participants sell $1 Choco Sticks to their friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order $1 Choco Sticks at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you offer pricing discounts?

How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their Choco Sticks allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many Choco Sticks you want them to sell. Since Choco Sticks come with 60 sticks to the case, consider issuing one case to each seller.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold Choco Sticks to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our $1 Choco Sticks fundraiser.

What is the size of a Choco Stick?

Are Choco Sticks individually wrapped?
Yes, we individually wrap all Choco Sticks.
Can flavors be mixed in a case?
No. All flavors are preselected, and cases cannot be broken up.
How long do Choco Sticks stay fresh?
Choco Sticks have a one-year shelf life from the production date. Each inner box has a ‘best by’ date to determine the best flavor or quality. To maintain freshness, store them in a cool, dry place.
Are Choco Sticks kosher?
Our Choco Sticks are not kosher.
Are Choco Sticks gluten-free?
They are not gluten-free because we make Choco Sticks with biscuits.
Are the Choco Sticks peanut-free?
Only products manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label. $1 Choco Sticks are not peanut-free.
Are Choco Sticks nut-free?
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 7.6% of children have food allergies, 2.2% are allergic to peanuts, and 1.2% to peanuts and nuts. The percentage of children with peanut allergies has tripled in the last ten years alone. Only about 20 percent of children with peanut allergy outgrow it over time, so it is usually lifelong.
Peanuts are part of a different plant family called legumes. They grow underground and differ from tree nuts, such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and pecans, which grow on trees. However, about 40% of children with tree nut allergies are allergic to peanuts.
While our Chocolate Sticks do not contain nuts as an ingredient, they are not tree-nut-free. This is because we manufacture them in a facility that processes other tree nuts.
What is popping candy made of?
Popping candy is made by adding pressurized carbon dioxide to crystalized sugar. When the sugar dissolves in your mouth, the gas is released to produce a surprising fizzing explosion.

There is an 8-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 62 participants wants everyone to sell one case each:
- 62 participants x 1 case/participant = 62 cases
- 62 cases x 60 Choco Sticks/case = 3,720 Choco Sticks
- 3,720 Choco Sticks x $1.00/Choco Stick = $3,720 gross sales
- $3,720 x 40% profit = $1,488 profit

How soon do we receive our order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of order placement from one of multiple distribution centers nationwide. The time to ship depends on your location from our warehouse.
Where do orders ship to?
$1 Choco Sticks ship out of California to all lower 48 states.
How is our order packed?
Orders ship by the case.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free on all Choco Sticks orders and reorders within the continental United States. We will hold any orders if the temperature exceeds 85 degrees at any point from our warehouse to your destination.
