How it Works
How do Cake Bite fundraisers work?
Your group profits when participants sell Cake Bites to their friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order Cake Bites at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you offer pricing discounts?

How soon can we start?
Cake Bite orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their product allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many Cake Bites you want them to sell. Since Cake Bite orders ship four inner carriers to the case, consider issuing one carrier to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 4. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold Cake Bites to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Cake Bite fundraiser.

Can we choose our Cake Bite flavors?
Unfortunately, you can only mix flavors when ordering the $1 Gourmet Chocolate Bars, and you must order at least 20 cases.
What is the size of a Cake Bite?
Rainbow Cake Bites come in a 2 oz. package, Snickers Cake Bites in a 1.75 oz. package, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake Bites in a 2 oz. package. Ten packages of each flavor are in an inner carrier, and four inner carriers are inside each case, totaling 120 packages.
Do your Cake Bites come in breakable sections?
Each Cake Bite package is divided into three sections, which makes it easier to break into bite-sized pieces to enjoy and share.
How long do Cake Bites stay fresh?
Unopened Cake Bites have a 9-month shelf life. We use a Julian code on the packaging.
Are Cake Bites kosher?
Our Cake Bites are Kosher Certified.
Are Cake Bites gluten-free?
Cake Bites are not gluten-free.
Are Cake Bites Are Cake Bites peanut-free?
Only products manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label. Cake Bites are not peanut-free.
Are Cake Bites nut-free?
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 7.6% of children have food allergies, 2.2% are allergic to peanuts, and 1.2% to peanuts and nuts. The percentage of children with peanut allergies has tripled in the last ten years alone. Only about 20 percent of children with peanut allergy outgrow it over time, so it is usually lifelong.
Peanuts, part of a different plant family called legumes, grow underground and differ from tree nuts, such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and pecans, which grow on trees. However, about 40% of children with tree nut allergies are allergic to peanuts.
Cake Bites are not tree-nut-free, only certified peanut-free. The reason is that we manufacture our Cake Bites in a facility that processes other tree nuts. Only products manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label.

There is a 1-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 27 participants wants everyone to sell one inner carrier each (30 Cake Bites):
- 27 participants x 1 carrier / participant = 27 carriers
- 27 carriers x 30 Cake Bites / carrier = 810 Cake Bites
- 810 Cake Bites x $2.00 / Cake Bite = $1,620.00 gross sales
- $1,620.00 x 40% profit = $648.00 profit

- 27 participants x 1 carrier / participant = 27 carriers

Cake Bite orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. We have two warehouse locations: Dallas, TX, and Akron, OH. Ship time varies based on destination, but we can deliver to most addresses within 1-3 business days.

Cake Bite orders ship to all the lower 48 states.
How is our order packed?
Orders ship by the case.
