How it Works

How do fundraising scratch cards work?

Scratch cards are a fun and interactive way to introduce your cause to potential donors. Each card contains 50 dots. As dots are scratched off, dollar amounts ranging from 50¢ to $3 are revealed. Supporters donate whatever amounts they uncover after scratching the dots.

How do we pay?

Since scratch cards are ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:

  • Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
  • Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure, encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us

Do you charge a fee to design our scratch card?

No, we'll design your scratch card for free.

Do you offer pricing discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts. For more information, see our 'Card Pricing' table at the top of the page.

How soon can we start?

Scratch cards ship within 1-2 business days after the sponsor approves their artwork.

How long is the fundraiser?

We recommend giving your sellers one week to get all 50 dots scratched and turn in their $100.

TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.

Can we customize our scratch card?

Yes. We customize your card with your photo, organization name, coloring, and logo. This helps drive home your mission and creates a sense of spirit around the fundraiser.

Upload your images on our design form so we can add your group's name to your card.

We'll send you a design proof to review and approve before printing and shipping your scratch cards.

Do scratch cards expire?

No, scratch cards have no expiration date.

What are savings coupons?

Each donor receives a sheet of coupons as a way of saying thank you. The coupons include online discounts at retailers like The Popcorn Factory®, Omaha Steaks®, Overstock.com™, and more.

The family-focused coupons are an excellent value for a small donation. Families save more than they spend if they use any of the coupons offered—an excellent selling point.

How many cards should I order?

The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group. We recommend ordering one scratch card per participant.

Can participants earn prizes?

We don't offer any prize programs with our scratch card fundraiser.

How much do scratch cards cost?

Cards start at $20 each. Larger orders receive a price break.

What is the size of a scratch card?

Scratch card dimensions are 8.5" x 6", which includes the card and coupon booklet.

Making Sales

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is ten cards.

How much money can we make?

Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.

A sponsor orders 60 scratch cards, one for each participant:

  1. The card order is between 25-99, so the cost is $15 per card
  2. Each card brings in $100, so the net profit is $85
  3. 60 cards x $85.00 / card = $5,100.00 profit

The profit percentage would be 85% because the card order is between 25 and 99. See the 'Case Pricing' table at the top of this page. (Volume discounts apply)

Do you take back unsold cards?

We don't take back returns because we personalize the scratch cards for your group.

Where do orders ship to?

Scratch cards ship from our Tampa, FL, warehouse to all 48 lower states.

Is there a shipping fee?

All orders ship for free. You also receive free shipping on any reorders.
