Our experience with y'all has been fantastic!!! Everyone in the office has been so helpful, especially with our endless questions! We really loved that the products came in already boxed with the students name, teacher and grade on a label! You have no idea how much stress that took off! That is always one of the biggest hassles!

Thank you so much for making this the most stress free fundraiser ever! We look forward to working with you again!

Last week went extremely well! We were very pleased with the whole process of delivery and distribution! We’ve only had one parent that was missing one popcorn. And I just replaced it with one of my own. Other than that one, we haven’t had any other parents reach out, which is great. Only other “complaint” so to speak, was the taste of the cheddar for a couple people. A couple of parents said it didn’t taste like they think it normally does. They said it seemed like maybe it was partially stale and “over-cheddared”. I let them exchange with my extras for a different flavor just to remedy it quickly. That’s a hard one though bc taste is so subjective. Others I asked that tried their cheddar said they didn’t think anything was wrong and it was good. So possibly they just didn’t like it or it was maybe part of a bad batch?

One suggestion we have on the online ordering, is to have the parents input the child’s teacher and have that on the report page that shows the total online student orders so that when we have those orders, we can still easily see which class to distribute to. We just had to take one extra step with the school office to figure out where to distribute those online orders that were delivered to school. But it wasn’t major.

Overall, we’re so happy with the whole entire fundraising process with you all and have already recommended your company to other local school PTA’s! Thank you so much for the help and we’re so happy this was an incredibly successful fundraiser for our PTA!

We have not had anyone say they are missing any items, and the set-up of the items for delivery was great. There were no issues; everything was clearly marked, and we had them initial the copies of the orders when they picked them up. The only issue was the delivery. If I had not called FedEx to inquire if they could give me an estimated delivery time, we would not have known we had to schedule a delivery day and time with them. I did inform them that they should let their shippers know so everyone is aware. Clay did tell me that you usually use another carrier, but FedEx said they could have it here on the requested date. That was their error and miscommunication with your company, not anything you did. Thank you for all of your assistance with this fundraiser.

We didn't get as many sales as we'd hoped, but I'm not sure that's because of the product line. Our fall fundraiser is historically very hit or miss. I did get some feedback regarding the need to enter an email address just to view the catalog; that turned many people off. Also the shipping costs were reported as being high.

Elementary school classroomHow Do Elementary School Fundraisers Work?

Elementary schools raise more money selling products than any other type of fundraiser. Schools nationwide generate over $1 billion annually by selling gifts, candy, and cookie dough. If you’re searching for fundraising ideas for elementary schools, you’ve come to the right place.

Two Easy Options:

1. Brochure Sales

Each student receives a brochure, order form, and money collection envelope. After taking orders, send us the forms, and we'll handle the rest—processing, packing, and shipping your order. You’ll receive a detailed sales report and a scheduled delivery date. Merchandise arrives neatly boxed by student and teacher.

2. Direct Product Sales

First, show customers a product, then take orders. We'll ship the product to you free of charge. You have 15 days to sell enough to cover the invoice and keep the rest as profit.
