The super party was awesome. The students had a ball and they worked hard to get there. In fact, many of the staff members participated and I think they had more fun than the students. We would love to do this again. Thank you for showing our children the time of their life.

Delivery went very well and we were extremely pleased with how organized everything was. The only issue we had was with FedEx delivering a day late. All of our volunteers and parents were ready for pick up and then we found out last minute it wasn't showing up. Otherwise, we had a very successful fundraiser and look forward to doing business again with you in the future!

Our fundraiser went very smoothly. The online catalog had plenty of great items to choose from! Shipping was FAST and the items were really nice!

The students loved watching and learning about the animals. He was very professional and friendly with the students and keep the students engaged.

It was an easy fundraiser and we were very pleased with the results.

The children, staff, and parents present were very much entertained with the presentation. Our students were completely engaged and received a great deal of practical information during the show as well. The Big Event Magic Show was excellent and we will definitely recommend it to others.

The fundraiser was easy to manage. All the necessary forms were provided and were easy to use. I thought that the turnaround from placing orders to receiving the goods would be quicker, but overall it wasn't too long.

Clay and Lisa were great to work with. Their communication and support throughout the process was great. The shipping and delivery process was super easy. There were a lot of things that are not said upfront or on their website. For example, the prize catalog is based on the catalog that you sell from. You cannot just pick which prize catalog would work best for your students. It was all very confusing. Another thing was that the company keeps 30% of all online donations. For example, if someone donates $20 instead of purchasing an item, the school or organization only gets $14 of that. The company keeps $6. This upset a lot of parents.

Amazing Service and Products!

Everything ran so smoothly, it was great! The delivery driver called about 30 minutes before arriving, asked where (specifically) we wanted him to park to unload, and then left everything on one pallet. We had Study Hall kids come and help unload the pallet, take everything into the Music Room, and then we sorted all the boxes/bags into family groups for easy pick-up.

The order arrived around 10:30 or so. We have early dismissals on Wednesdays for professional development, so we hit the right day for delivery. Students stopped by on their way out the door early for the day and took everything with them. Students from the Elementary were able to ride the shuttle bus over to the high school and pick up their goodies too. We had 2:00-5:00 available for parents to come by. All orders were picked up by the end of the day.

We did have two students' orders that were missing items. I filled out the "Adjustment" spreadsheet yesterday and sent it to you. Out of all the items ordered and the number of kids who sold, we were glad it was only a few items. No worries. The people understood, and they're waiting on the product whenever it should arrive.

It was extremely easy to work with you and your company. Flawless all the way around.

The process was seamless and easy to complete. I loved the online website to track sales. Hopefully we will do this fundraiser next year when the kids are back in school and get an even bigger turnout.
