Elementary School Fundraising Ideas

We had a great experience with Big Fundraising Ideas! Their products and pricing were good with a huge selection! The whole process was very easy. The shipments arrived in good condition and there were no problems with any orders! Clay was always helpful and available to answer any questions! Emails were always very prompt!! Our group raised a lot and it was so easy and fun!! I would highly recommend any group using them for their fundraising!

Our students had a blast at the super party!

The delivery was the only part that was a problem because the delivery company wouldn't get back to the coordinator.

The students had a blast at the super splash party! We liked it so much that our principal wants them back again for the end of school. The super splash party was excellent and I will definitely recommend it to others.

There was an assortment of items available in the catalog & online which allowed different people to view and choose what they like. Cookies were a favorite. All packages included plenty of information to conduct the fundraiser from start to finish.

Everything ran so smoothly, it was great! The delivery driver called about 30 minutes before arriving, asked where (specifically) we wanted him to park to unload, and then left everything on one pallet. We had Study Hall kids come and help unload the pallet, take everything into the Music Room, and then we sorted all the boxes/bags into family groups for easy pick-up.

The order arrived around 10:30 or so. We have early dismissals on Wednesdays for professional development, so we hit the right day for delivery. Students stopped by on their way out the door early for the day and took everything with them. Students from the Elementary were able to ride the shuttle bus over to the high school and pick up their goodies too. We had 2:00-5:00 available for parents to come by. All orders were picked up by the end of the day.

We did have two students' orders that were missing items. I filled out the "Adjustment" spreadsheet yesterday and sent it to you. Out of all the items ordered and the number of kids who sold, we were glad it was only a few items. No worries. The people understood, and they're waiting on the product whenever it should arrive.

It was extremely easy to work with you and your company. Flawless all the way around.

The Reptile Adventures Show was extremely educational as well as entertaining for everyone involved! It was great to see the large variety of reptiles including the larger reptiles which added to the 'WOW' factor for the students. Our students also received a lot of hands-on interaction with the reptiles which was very important for them. Every minute was action-packed!

Our parents were also very impressed with the show's professionalism. We had several positive comments and parents thanking us after the show.

Our experience with y'all has been fantastic!!! Everyone in the office has been so helpful, especially with our endless questions! We really loved that the products came in already boxed with the students name, teacher and grade on a label! You have no idea how much stress that took off! That is always one of the biggest hassles!

It went great! Loved the selection of products just wish there was less confusion over which products had to be ordered online vs catalog. And would like to request that announcement posters (small to medium) be included in fundraising kit that details dates & specifics etc. the kind where you can write that stuff in but with Charleston wrap already written on it.
