I don't think BFI could have handled this situation better. There were never any rosy promises, but they were able to get us out of the penalty for being under our goal with the cookie company. I guess somebody ate this cost somewhere. I will definitely consider BFI again, hopefully under better circumstances next time.

We have not had anyone say they are missing any items, and the set-up of the items for delivery was great. There were no issues; everything was clearly marked, and we had them initial the copies of the orders when they picked them up. The only issue was the delivery. If I had not called FedEx to inquire if they could give me an estimated delivery time, we would not have known we had to schedule a delivery day and time with them. I did inform them that they should let their shippers know so everyone is aware. Clay did tell me that you usually use another carrier, but FedEx said they could have it here on the requested date. That was their error and miscommunication with your company, not anything you did. Thank you for all of your assistance with this fundraiser.

How Do Cookie Dough Fundraisers Work?

Premade cookie dough was first commercially available in the 1950s. Today, it remains one of the most popular school fundraisers. If you're interested in organizing a fundraiser and selling quality dough, we can help.

First, select a cookie dough fundraiser program. Each student receives a catalog, order form, and prize flyer. We'll also provide a parent information letter with step-by-step instructions.

Get started by encouraging sellers to approach family, friends, and work colleagues and ask them to buy one or more items. The typical cookie dough fundraiser lasts for two weeks.

Once your sale is over, send us your order forms for processing. You'll then receive a sales report and invoice. The profit you made with cookie dough fundraiser tubs is the difference between what you collect and the invoice amount.

We'll also work with you to schedule your delivery.
