How do lollipop fundraisers work?
Your group profits when participants sell Merry Pops to their friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure, encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order Merry Pops at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you offer pricing discounts?

How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their product allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many lollipops you want them to sell. Since Merry Pop orders ship 16 inner bags in a case, consider issuing one bag to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 16. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold lollipops to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Merry Pop fundraiser.

How much do lollipops sell for?
We suggest selling our lollipops for $1 each.
How many lollipops per case?
There are 640 lollipops per case. The cases contain eight inner cartons of 80, each with two clear bags of 40 lollipops.
What size are the lollipops?
Merry Pops come in three shapes and sizes. Snowman lollipops are 1.5" W x 0.6" D x 2.2" H, Santa lollipops are 1.7" W x 0.6" D x 2.0" H, and Christmas Tree lollipops are 1.91" W x 0.55" D x 2.15" H—all three flavors weigh 1.0 oz.
Can we choose our flavors?
No. All flavors are preselected, and we cannot break up cases. Our lollipops will not include all the flavors noted in a single case; they’re a random assortment. These flavors are subject to change at any time. Because our flavors are random, the case mix will sometimes vary through production, with other flavors rotating in and out throughout the year. There is also no set quantity by flavor.
Like the flavors, although we aim to offer a consistent assortment of the Santa, snowman, and Christmas tree shapes inside each box, quantities are random and will vary.
How long do lollipops last?
$1 Merry Pops have a 2-year shelf life. To ensure the freshest, optimal quality, we recommend storing them at 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit. The large outer carton has a Lot # printed on all master cases. For example, Lot # 50424-100625-4 has 3 blocks of numerical digits. The 1st and 3rd blocks are for internal referencing, but the 2nd block, in this case, 100625, represents the production date. Therefore, these lollipops were produced on October 6, 2025, and the “Best By” date is October 6, 2027.
Do your lollipops contain artificial dyes?
All lollipops contain artificial dyes and flavors. Depending on the flavor, they may contain buffered lactic acid, malic acid, artificial color, Blue 1, Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.
Are Lollipops gluten-free?
Merry Pops are 100% gluten-free. Lollipops that may contain gluten have special fillings like bubblegum.
Are lollipops allergy-free?
All our lollipops, including the manufacturing equipment and facility, are entirely allergen-free and contain no nuts, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, lactose, or shellfish.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a 1-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 54 participants wants everyone to sell one bag each (40 lollipops/bag):
- 54 participants x 1 bag / participant = 54 bags
- 54 bags x 40 lollipops / bag = 2,160 lollipops
- 2,160 lollipops x $1 / lollipop = $2,160.00 gross sales
- $2,160.00 x 50% profit = $1,080.00 profit
The profit percentage would be 50% because you must order 4 cases. See the 'Case Pricing' table at the top of this page. (Volume discounts apply):
- 54 participants x 1 bag / participant = 54 bags
- 54 bags ÷ 2 bags / carton = 27 cartons
- 27 cartons ÷ 8 cartons / case = 3.375 cases (Roundup)
- The final profit is $1,280.00 because you must order 4 cases.
