Your group profits when participants sell Premium Collection chocolate products to friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Order Premium Collection at a discounted price and then sell it at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you offer pricing discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. For more information, see our 'Case Pricing' table at the top of the page.
How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their product allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many chocolate bars you want them to sell. Since Premium Collection orders ship four inner carriers to the case, consider issuing one carrier to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 4. Round up to the following case number if needed.
You can also use our 'Profit Calculator' at the top of the page.
Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold chocolate bars to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Premium Collection fundraiser.
Product Information
How much do they sell for?
We suggest selling the Premium Collection products for $2.00 each.
How many chocolate bars per case?
120. Each case contains four inner carriers of 30.
What size are the chocolate bars?
Each chocolate bar is 2.4 oz.
How long do chocolate bars stay fresh?
Unopened chocolate bars have an 18-month shelf life.
Are chocolate bars kosher?
Our chocolate bars are peanut-free, gluten-free, and kosher.
Are chocolate bars peanut-free?
Only chocolate bars manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label. $2 Premium Collection Bars are certified peanut-free.
This area is completely closed off from the rest of the plant. Only authorized personnel are allowed in this area. We examine samples of each production lot for traces of peanuts.
The peanut-free zone uses equipment not used for any other process. Only peanut-free zone employees work in this area. They are never transferred to the regular factory or have access to it.
Our facility is 'peanut-free certified' and is regularly inspected by government agencies.
Are chocolate bars nut-free?
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 7.6% of children have food allergies, 2.2% are allergic to peanuts, and 1.2% to peanuts and nuts. The percentage of children with peanut allergies has tripled in the last ten years alone. Only about 20 percent of children with peanut allergy outgrow it over time, so it is usually lifelong.
Peanuts are part of a different plant family called legumes. They grow underground and differ from tree nuts, such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and pecans, which grow on trees. However, about 40% of children with tree nut allergies are allergic to peanuts.
While our Caramel and Crisp Rice bars do not contain nuts as an ingredient, they are not certified tree-nut-free, only certified peanut-free. The reason is that we manufacture our chocolate bars in a facility that processes other tree nuts. Only products manufactured in a 100% peanut-free facility can carry a "peanut-free" label.
Why peanut-free chocolate bars?
Unfortunately, peanut and nut allergies are common. Severe allergic reactions and potentially life-threatening risks are all too common. In response, school districts nationwide are starting to enforce peanut-free policies.
Those who are allergic should avoid foods containing peanut and peanut byproducts. This includes anything with a warning that it "may contain" or "may contain traces of" peanut. Only products manufactured in a peanut-free facility can carry a peanut-free label.
Making Sales
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 1-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 27 participants wants everyone to sell one inner carrier each (30 chocolate bars):
- 27 participants x 1 carrier / participant = 27 carriers
- 27 carriers x 30 chocolate bars / carrier = 810 chocolate bars
- 810 chocolate bars x $2.00 / chocolate bar = $1,620.00 gross sales
- $1,620.00 x 40% profit = $648.00 profit
The profit percentage would be 40% because you must order 7 cases. See the 'Case Pricing" table at the top of this page. (Volume discounts apply):
- 27 participants x 1 carrier / participant = 27 carriers
- 27 carriers ÷ 4 carriers / case = 6.75 cases (Roundup)
QUICK TIP: Scroll up, click the 'Calculate Your Profit' button, and enter your group size and participant goal.
