Spotlight: Super Party Big Event

School fundraising programs have never been more successful or rewarding.

School fundraising season is just months away. The most successful fundraisers will start planning how they can change their game this fall by evaluating outcomes from past years and looking for areas of opportunity to increase sales and participation.

At Big Fundraising Ideas, we've seen one tactical change yield tremendous results for groups who want to increase the money raised seriously: the Big Event Prize Program. As an alternative to the traditional prize program, the Big Event is a way to make a rewarding experience available to more students through lower item requirements. This often translates to more students engaged and higher participation rates, which is one of the most effective ways for many schools to increase their fundraising results. (Many schools see increases between $15,000-$20,000!)

Switching from the traditional prize program to an event-based reward can be a little scary for schools used to fundraising a certain way. If you're hesitant about trying something new, look at our Super Party, one of our most popular events, and consider the many benefits.

Fundraise with a Low Item Requirement

Traditional fundraising prize programs can put some seriously cool games, toys, and electronics in the hands of students. But those prizes often require a serious input of commitment—more than many students are willing to invest. To participate in the Super Party, students need only sell a minimum of 8 items to join in the fun. These goals can usually be attained by having a parent take the fundraising brochure to work with them.

With a more attainable goal needed to get rewarded, you're almost guaranteed to see an uptick in the number of students getting into the fundraising spirit because they're less discouraged by higher item requirements for those appealing big-ticket prizes. This is the magic of Big Events! It transforms fundraising into an accessible and enjoyable experience.

Conveniently Celebrate your Fundraising Success

When the fundraising is over, all students who have met the item requirement are invited to attend a serious super event. The Super Party is an inflatable extravaganza set up on-site at your school. With bounce houses, obstacle courses, midway games, and more, this reward experience allows students to celebrate their hard work together at school, making memories that can outlast their interest in traditional prizes.

We work with you to simplify your Big Event experience, taking care of all the nuts and bolts so your students and volunteers can enjoy celebrating their success. The ease that schools experience choosing events like the Super Party is one reason we've helped schools raise millions over nearly two decades of fundraising.

What Else Should I Know?

The Super Party isn't our only acclaimed Big Event Prize Program. We have three other excellent options ranging from fun to surprisingly educational. The programs are designed to cater uniquely to schools' needs and interests.

Additionally, schools can qualify for a free big event if they reach specific sales goals, usually $50,000 or more. Learn more about how to get your school on track to make a Big Event part of your school's fundraising prize program at no added cost.

Finally, we'd love to discuss what would work best for your school's goals, culture, and needs. Don't hesitate to contact us with your questions.
