Freeze dried candy orders ship within 1-5 business days of order receipt.

Shipping is free on all Choco Sticks orders and reorders within the continental United States. We will hold any orders if the temperature exceeds 85 degrees at any point from our warehouse to your destination.

A shipping fee is charged if you sell less than 500 ship-to-group items.

Groups receive 25-55% of all brochure sales, 40% from online sales, and 70% from donations. Donations do not count toward items sold.

Packed by the case means you must accept whole cases regardless of how much of a particular item or flavor you sell. Consider our bulk cookie dough tub fundraiser as an example. All flavors come in six tubs to the case. Breaking down cases is not possible, so you cannot mix flavors.

Suppose a group sells 33 tubs of chocolate chip. Because all cases come in cases of 6 tubs, we must send 36 tubs (6 tubs/case x 6 cases). So, the group would receive three extra tubs.

The time to ship depends on your location, and we ship from the closest possible warehouse. We typically deliver orders within 1-3 business days after shipment.
