We have not had anyone say they are missing any items, and the set-up of the items for delivery was great. There were no issues; everything was clearly marked, and we had them initial the copies of the orders when they picked them up. The only issue was the delivery. If I had not called FedEx to inquire if they could give me an estimated delivery time, we would not have known we had to schedule a delivery day and time with them. I did inform them that they should let their shippers know so everyone is aware. Clay did tell me that you usually use another carrier, but FedEx said they could have it here on the requested date. That was their error and miscommunication with your company, not anything you did. Thank you for all of your assistance with this fundraiser.

Clay and Lisa were great to work with. Their communication and support throughout the process was great. The shipping and delivery process was super easy. There were a lot of things that are not said upfront or on their website. For example, the prize catalog is based on the catalog that you sell from. You cannot just pick which prize catalog would work best for your students. It was all very confusing. Another thing was that the company keeps 30% of all online donations. For example, if someone donates $20 instead of purchasing an item, the school or organization only gets $14 of that. The company keeps $6. This upset a lot of parents.

This delivery was extremely smooth. The delivery man called ahead of time to give me a heads up he would be there, and as far as I know, no one has any issues with their orders. We have four orders that still haven’t been picked up, but everyone seems extremely happy with everything else. We had a terrific experience overall. Thank you so much for being a pleasure to work with!

The super party was awesome. The students had a ball and they worked hard to get there. In fact, many of the staff members participated and I think they had more fun than the students. We would love to do this again. Thank you for showing our children the time of their life.
