Video Game Truck Fundraiser Incentive

The perfect alternative to the limo ride

Reward your group with free access to a portable video game room that will come to your location. We recommend allowing students with higher sales to participate in the video game truck incentive.

Here are two ways that you can offer this incentive:

Every student who sells ___ items gets ___ minutes in the room.
Offer it to your top 20 sellers as long as the entire group sells $________ or more.

Game Truck Information

Student Capacity:
- Approximately 16 students rotate through every 20 minutes (Room capacity may vary).
- Up to 100 students can play during a 2 hours timeframe.
We suggest a 2-hour time slot.
Pricing:
- Prices will vary depending on location.
- There are many companies to choose from. One of the larger ones is Game Truck.
We recommend requiring video screening:
- G, PG, or Team (M13 possible for middle schools)
Your game truck company should be insured.
Ensure that the company performs background checks.

Who Pays for the Incentive?

The organization is responsible for paying for video game truck incentives.

Promote your incentive during your sale to ensure a good response and return on your investment.
