Collect Your Profits

Once you receive your product, you are ready to go. At your kickoff meeting, discuss how much each participant needs to sell and how much time they have before the money is due.

1. Product Distribution and Selling

When distributing the product, have your sellers enter their names, contact information, and the amount of product they receive on a tracking sheet. This way, you can keep track of the money turned in.

Payment Options

We process your profit payment within 15 business days of your store's closing. You must decide between the following two options:

  1. Direct Deposit: The transaction occurs by the next business day. You must provide your bank routing number and account number. We will send you a form through a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return.
  2. Mail a Check: Usually takes 7-10 business days.

If you add ship-to-group, we process payments within five business days after your order ships.

Free Supply Guidelines

You will not have to pay for your supplies upfront. There is also no supply fee after your sale if you meet the following requirements based on the size of your group:

Groups of up to 99 participants

There is no supply charge if you sell 150 or more products. We charge a $100 fee for orders with fewer than 150 products sold.

Groups with 100 or more participants

Packed According to Seller

'Packed according to seller' means that each participant receives a box or bag containing their sold products. The outside is clearly labeled with the participant's name, and in the event of a sizeable school-wide fundraiser, by the teacher and by grade or class. We will place the original order form inside so the participant will know who to deliver the products to.

Ship to Buyer Option

No Group Delivery

You may want your sellers to show the brochure to friends and family, but you don't want to have to collect order forms, count money, or deal with any deliveries.

Interested? Our 'ship to buyer' option is your solution. You'll still receive your fundraising supplies but without order forms.

Customers won't need to write down their order when viewing the brochure. Instead, they can make their purchase using their phone or computer. It's fast, easy, and convenient.
