How it Works

How do beef stick fundraisers work?

Your group profits when participants sell People’s Choice Variety Sticks to their friends and family.

How do we pay?

Since the product is ordered upfront, you have the following payment options:

  • Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product, giving you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
  • Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure, encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us

Order People’s Choice Variety Sticks at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.

How soon can we start?

People’s Choice Variety Sticks ship within five business days.

How long is the fundraiser?

We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their product allocation and turn in the money.

TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.

How much should I order?

The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many beef sticks you need to sell. Since People’s Choice Variety Sticks come with nine inner caddies in a case, consider issuing one caddie to each seller.

To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 9. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?

We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.

TIP: Consider issuing unsold beef sticks to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.

Can participants earn prizes?

We don't offer any prize programs with our People’s Choice Variety Sticks fundraiser.

We suggest selling them for $2.00 each.

How many beef sticks per case?

216. Each case contains nine inner caddies of 24 broken down by flavor into three caddies of 72 Original Beef, Hot & Spicy Beef, and Teriyaki Beef.

What is the size of a beef stick?

Beef sticks are 1.2 oz. and 12.5 inches long.

Are beef sticks individually wrapped?

Yes, we individually wrap all beef sticks.

How long do beef sticks stay fresh?

Our beef sticks are 100% shelf-stable and require no refrigeration. They will last up to a year if stored in their original packaging in a dry environment.

Are beef sticks healthy?

Absolutely! When consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet, beef sticks are an excellent low-calorie snack high in protein and a good source of minerals, including zinc, iron, and choline.

Do beef sticks contain wheat?

In their basic form, beef sticks are cooked and dehydrated meat. They are naturally gluten-free with no added ingredients. However, most beef sticks contain added ingredients such as seasoning, liquids, and flavorings, some of which may contain gluten. Our beef sticks contain soy and wheat.

Are beef sticks kosher?

Our beef sticks are not certified kosher.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a 1-case minimum order requirement.

How much money can we make?

Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.

A sponsor with 62 participants wants everyone to sell one caddie each (24 beef sticks):

  1. 62 participants x 1 caddie/participant = 62 caddies
  2. 62 caddies x 24 beef sticks/caddie = 1,488 beef sticks
  3. 1,488 beef sticks x $2.00/beef stick = $2,976.00 gross sales
  4. $2,976.00 x 40% profit = $1,190.40 profit

  1. 62 participants x 1 caddie/participant = 62 caddies
  2. 62 caddies ÷ 6 caddies/case = 6.9 cases (Roundup)
