Shipping is free unless your average sale per enrolled participant is $8 or less. If this is the case, you will incur a $0.40 charge per enrolled participant if you run your sale between January 1st and June 30th and a $0.75 charge per enrolled participant for sales run between July 1st and December 31st.

For example, if you run a spring sale and have 100 students and your total sales are $800, then an additional fee of $40 will be added to your invoice (100 students x $0.40 = $40).

On the other hand, if you run a fall sale with 100 students and your total sales are $800, then an additional fee of $75 will be added to your invoice (100 students x $0.75 = $75).

Adding Frozen Food

When adding a cookie dough or frozen food brochure, if less than 350 items are sold from the frozen food brochure, a $1.00 per item below 350 items is incurred.

Both brochure and online sales count towards the free shipping minimum requirement

The merchandise is delivered within 3-4 weeks after the company receives the order forms. Big Fundraising Ideas is not responsible for products not being stored properly. Late orders not received in time to be added to the first order will be charged an additional shipping fee.
