Ship to Group

Give buyers the option to lower their shipping costs by paying a shipping fee and having items delivered to them, or they can pay only the transaction and platform fee and have their order shipped to your group.

Adding ship-to-group gives customers two options at checkout:

  1. Have their order sent to them and pay the shipping fee, a 4.5% transaction, and a $3.50 platform fee.
  2. Have their order sent to you and only pay the 4.5% transaction and a $3.50 platform fee.

Customers usually pay a shipping fee to ship their orders directly to them at checkout.

Ship to group reduces customer online costs. Instead of paying the entire shipping cost, the customer only pays the 4.5% transaction and a $3.50 platform fee, but not the shipping cost. For example, an order of $50 would only be charged an additional $2.25 ($50 x 4.5%) plus $3.50, for a total of $5.75. The total cost would be $55.75.

Adding ship-to-group will shift the shipping cost burden from your customers to your group. We would deduct the cost to ship one larger consolidated order to your group at the end of your sale from your profit.

Because multiple orders will ship to your group simultaneously, the shipping cost per unit is less than single customer orders. Orders are prepacked and delivered according to the seller.
