Can we choose our flavors?
No, because all cases are packed the same way and cannot be broken up. Each type of lollipop has preselected flavors.
What is the shelf life of your lollipops?
Our lollipops have over a one-year shelf life when stored properly. The ideal storage temperature is 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit.
What temperature should I store my lollipops?
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place. Temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees are optimum.
Do your lollipops contain tree nuts or peanuts?
Our lollipops are entirely free of tree nuts and peanuts. Our lollipop factory is a tree nut and peanut-free facility.

Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive our order?
Your order will be processed within two business days and will ship shortly after that. The time it takes to ship to your location depends on how far you are from our Kentucky warehouse. We ship all orders via FedEx Ground.
How do we pay for our order?
Payment options include purchase orders, signing an agreement, or paying by check.
What is the minimum number of lollipops that can be ordered?
You must order at least 1 case.
How many lollipops come in a case?
Depending on the type of lollipops, most cases contain 640 (divided into 16 bags of 40). Our Shockwave Sour Pops, Crème de la Crème Pops, Funky Fruit Pops, and Van Wyk Mega Rounds come with 576 lollipops to the case (8 inner carriers of 72).
Can we reorder?
Yes, however, you must reorder at least 1 case.
Do you take back returns?
Unfortunately, we do not take back unsold lollipops, lollipop bags, or cases because we want to maintain the same high level of freshness for all our customers.
Do we have to pay for shipping?
No, shipping to your location is free of charge. Shipping on reorders also free.
