To avoid the $50 administrative fee, your group needs to sell at least 50 items. Consider the following three examples:

  1. Group A sells 55 items at an average retail price of $15. Since they sold 55 items, their profit would be 40%. Their gross profit is $330 (55 items x $15/item x 40%). Because they sold at least 50 items, their take-home profit would be $330.
  2. Group B sells 40 items at an average retail price of $20. Since they sold 40 items, their profit would be 35%. Their gross profit is $280 (40 items x $20/item x 35%). Because they didn’t sell at least 50 items, their take-home profit would be $230 ($280 - $50 admin fee).
  3. Group C sells 10 items at an average retail price of $12. Since they sold 10 items, their profit would be 30%. Their gross profit is $36 (10 items x $12/item x 30%). Because they didn’t sell at least 50 items, the $50 administrative fee is applied, and the group will receive an invoice for $14 ($50 administrative fee - $36 profit).

Your final profit percentage is based on the total number of items your group sells. Donations do not count toward items sold when determining group profit.

If you decide to cancel after we receive your signed agreement, you will be charged the $50 admin fee. If paying by phone with a credit card, we will add a 2.59% processing and 49¢ transaction fee.
