You may want your participants to show the brochure to friends and family, but you don't want to have to collect order forms, count money, or deal with any deliveries.

Interested? Our 'ship to buyer' option is your solution. You'll still receive your fundraising supplies but without order forms.

Customers won't need to write down their order when viewing the brochure. Instead, they can make their purchase using their phone or computer. It's fast, easy, and convenient.

And what makes this so simple is there's nothing for sellers to turn in once the sale ends. No order forms or money. All orders ship directly to the buyer.

Customer orders ship within 15 business days after the online store end date. Orders may be subject to longer than standard processing times. High order volume during certain times of the year may cause shipping and delivery delays. A 4.5% transaction and $3.50 platform fee is charged at checkout.

Free Supplies

Shipping is free if your group averages $25 or more in retail sales per member. (Since the average price of an item listed in a typical brochure is about $15, less than two items sold per seller.)

A quick way to determine your average retail sales per enrolled participant is to divide your total sales by your group enrollment. Consider the following two examples.

If your group raises:

  1. $750 with 50 participants, your average retail sales per enrolled participant would be $15.00. You would be charged 50¢ x 50 = $25 (See chart above).
  2. $5,000 with 150 participants, your average retail sales per enrolled participant would be $33.33. You would not be charged a shipping fee because you reached $25 per enrolled participant.

Another way is to multiply $25 by your enrollment number. If you have 150 participants, you would avoid the additional fee if your retail sales are $3,750 or more (150 participants x $25 items/participant).

Keep in mind that many participants will sell more than one item while others may not sell at all. You shouldn't incur a shipping fee if your group averages one or more items sold per enrolled participant.

We will deduct any supply cost fee from your profit payment.

Virtual Selling

Participants can also use our powerful email generator to email friends and family. They can share on social media and text out the online store link. The goal is to get as many group participants to register as possible. This will translate into more sales.
