Customers pay a shipping fee at checkout to have their order shipped. FedEx determines the price based on order size and destination zip code.
Cookie dough is a dense frozen product that requires special handling. The shipping cost is thus higher than for the average unfrozen product.
Customer orders ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. Orders may be subject to longer than standard processing times. High order volume during certain times of the year may cause shipping and delivery delays.
There are no upfront charges, but a $250 administrative fee will be deducted from your profit if your group sells fewer than 250 items.
Ship-to-Group Option
You can request our ship-to-group option to remove the shipping cost from your online customers. Customers would then have a second option to have their order sent to you and avoid the shipping fee.
Ship-to-group requires that your group sells at least 100 items.
We charge the group a shipping fee based on the total items sold:

With the ship-to-group option, a $250 administrative fee will be added to your shipping fee if your group sells fewer than 250 items.
We will deduct any shipping fee from your profit.
Ship-to-group is not automatically included in a Cookie Dough Online sale. Thus, you must let us know if you want this option included. You can do so by putting "Add ship-to-group" in the comments section before you submit your start a fundraiser form.
