Founded by naturalist Chris Evers in 2002, Animal Embassy is dedicated to exotic animal rescue & adoption and environmental education. Animal Embassy’s mission is to foster an individual’s appreciation and respect for the natural world and the incredible diversity of life on Earth through hands-on, educational, and entertaining live animal experiences. Chris and his staff of professional environmental educators bring science to life for students of all ages.
Animal Embassy has rescued/adopted more than 500 exotic animals over the years and maintains over 100 non-releasable animals, including small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, arachnids, and insects. Our live Animal Ambassadors enrich the presentation of various topics, including diversity, biodiversity, habitats, conservation, and more.
