Free Supply Guidelines
You will not be charged upfront for any supplies; they are free unless your average sale per enrolled participant is $8 or less. In that case, you will incur a 75¢ charge per enrolled participant if running a fall sale and 40¢ for a spring fundraiser.
For example, if you run a fall sale with 100 participants and your total sales are $800, then an additional fee of $75 will be added to your invoice (100 participants x 75¢ = $75).
NOTE: Brochures, online sales, and donations count towards the minimum free supply requirement.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all popcorn orders and reorders within the continental United States. We have two warehouse locations: Dallas, TX, and Akron, OH. Ship time varies based on destination, but we ship to most addresses within 1-3 business days.
We will add a 2.59% processing fee and a 49¢ transaction fee to phone orders.
Ship to Buyer
No Group Delivery
You may want your participants to show the brochure to friends and family, but you don't want to have to collect order forms, count money, or deal with any deliveries.
Interested? Our 'ship to buyer' option is your solution. You'll still receive your fundraising supplies but without order forms.
Customers won't need to write down their order when viewing the brochure. Instead, they can make their purchase using their phone or computer. It's fast, easy, and convenient.
Online Store Products
Popcorn, chocolate, and candies cost from $14 to $22. Orders ship to the buyer; free shipping is available on orders over $99.

Adding a custom tumbler to your Stainless Tumblers Online fundraiser can boost your profits by 20% or more. Click the Start a Fundraiser button, select a style option, and complete the form. We'll add your group's tumbler to your online store. We'll design your custom tumbler for free.

We'll create a customized flyer for in-person orders and feature your group's tumbler in your online store. We'll design your custom tumbler for free.
Profit Information
Groups receive $10 for each Yankee Candle, 40% for all other products, and 70% profit from donations. Donations do not count toward products sold to meet any minimum requirements.

Collect Your Profits
Once you receive your product, you are ready to go. At your kickoff meeting, discuss how much each participant needs to sell and how much time they have before the money is due.
1. Product Distribution and Selling
When distributing the product, have your sellers enter their names, contact information, and the amount of product they receive on a tracking sheet. This way, you can keep track of the money turned in.
