To avoid the $250 administrative fee, your group needs to sell at least 250 items. Consider the following three examples:
Over 500 products are priced from $8 to $59. Orders ship to the buyer or your group; free shipping on orders $99 and up.
Over 60 products are priced from $6 to $32. Orders ship to the buyer.
Customers pay a flat $6.99 fee to ship their orders directly to them at checkout.

Over 200 products are priced at $25 to $35. We will feature any customized drinkware for your group at the top of your online store page. Orders ship to the buyer or your group.
Shipping is free unless your average sale per enrolled participant is $8 or less. If this is the case, you will incur a $0.40 charge per enrolled participant if you run your sale between January 1st and June 30th and a $0.75 charge per enrolled participant for sales run between July 1st and December 31st.
For example, if you run a spring sale and have 100 students and your total sales are $800, then an additional fee of $40 will be added to your invoice (100 students x $0.40 = $40).
