Groups use their custom order form to collect orders and money. Your order form will include your customized masks.

Set Up Fee

There is an upfront $25 setup fee to design your order form. If you would also like to sell online, the total cost is $40. This covers the cost of your customized order form and the setup fee for your personalized store.
