Are the mugs dishwasher-safe?
Yes, you can wash the mugs in the dishwasher.
How do we design our mug artwork?
Plastic Mugs:
Choose 1 of the following two options:
- Use our mug book
- Pick your logo code (For example, 'bear-3' - see pages 4-50)
- Upload your image
Stainless Steel Mugs:
You can choose one of the following options from the mug design form:
- Upload your own black & white line art in vector format (For example, EPS file or Adobe Illustrator file)
- Upload a black & white medium to high-resolution J-peg image (300-600 DPI)
Is there an additional charge for designing and printing our mugs?
No, however, you are limited to 2 color choices for the plastic mugs and one for the stainless steel mugs.
Will we see the mug design before the mugs are printed?
Once we have completed your mug design, you'll receive a proof. This will allow you to check your design and spelling. We'll generally send you proof within three business days of receipt of your order.

How long will it take to receive our order?
Your order will ship within ten business days after you approve your artwork design.
How do we pay for our order?
Payment options include purchase orders, signing an agreement, or paying by check.
What is the minimum number of mugs that can be ordered?
You must order at least 1 case of plastic mugs and 4 cases of stainless steel mugs.
Can we reorder?
Yes, however, you must reorder at least 1 case of the plastic mugs and 4 cases of the stainless steel mugs. Reorders must be received within 14 days from delivery.
Do you take back returns?
Since the mugs are customized for your organization, we do not take back unsold mugs.
Do we have to pay for shipping?
No, shipping to your location is free of charge. Shipping on reorders also free.
