Where is Jack Link’s Beef Jerky made?
Our beef jerky is packaged in the USA and shipped out of a distribution center in Iowa.
What is the shelf life?
Depending on which product you order, Jack Link’s Beef Jerky has a 9 to 18-month shelf life from the production date. Date codes are “best by dates” printed on all products.
How large are the three items in your variety meat snack product?
- Squatch Sticks: 1.0 oz.
- Beef Sticks: 0.92 oz.
- Beef Steaks: 0.80 oz.

All orders ship in 7 days or less. Actual delivery time depends on how far your location is from our warehouse in Iowa.
How do we pay for our order?
Payment options include purchase orders, signing an agreement, or paying by check.

All beef jerky products require an order minimum of 1 case.
Can we reorder?
Yes, however, you must reorder at least 1 case.
Do you take back returns?
Unfortunately, we do not take back unsold beef jerky because we want to maintain the same high level of product freshness for all of our customers. In addition, the USDA has stringent guidelines that we must follow.
Do we have to pay for shipping?
No, shipping to your location is free of charge. Shipping on reorders also free.
