If your group sells fewer than 150 products, you must pay the actual cost to ship the order to your group. Once we weigh the order, we will know the shipping cost.

Packed by the case means you must accept whole cases regardless of how much of a particular product or flavor you sell. Consider our bulk cookie dough tub fundraiser as an example. All flavors come in six tubs to the case. Breaking down cases is not possible, so you cannot mix flavors.

Suppose a group sells 33 tubs of chocolate chip. Because all cases come in cases of 6 tubs, we must send 36 tubs (6 tubs/case x 6 cases). So, the group would receive three extra tubs.

Product substitution of equal or greater value may apply.

Groups receive 30% of all brochure and online sales and 70% from donations. Donations do not count toward items sold.

Actual profit excludes any tax or supply fees that may apply.

Shipping is free on all candy orders and reorders within the continental United States. Orders ship within 1-3 business days of placement from one of multiple distribution centers nationwide. The time to ship depends on your location, and we ship from the closest possible warehouse. We typically deliver orders within 1-3 business days after shipment.

We will add a 2.59% processing fee and a 49¢ transaction fee to phone orders.

Shipping is free on all candy orders and reorders within the continental United States unless the temperature reaches 76 degrees at any point from our warehouse to your destination. We can either hold the order and then ship it once the temperature drops below 76 degrees or take additional measures to protect the chocolate from melting. If you choose the latter, you will incur the following shipping charges:

Candy orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. We have two warehouse locations: Dallas, TX, and Akron, OH. Ship time varies based on destination, but we can ship to most addresses within 1-3 business days.

We don’t provide physical flyers or participant packets, so there is no supply fee. Before your start date, you will receive any brochure PDFs to print out and provide to your participants at your kickoff meeting.

There is no shipping fee if you meet the following requirements based on the size of your group:

Groups of up to 99 participants

There is no shipping charge if you sell 150 or more products. We will charge a $100 fee for orders with fewer than 150 products sold.

Groups with 100 or more participants

There is no shipping cost for ship-to-group orders unless your order is under $150, for which you will be charged a $25 shipping fee. Late orders will not be accepted.
