Online Administrative Fee

To avoid the $250 administrative fee, your group needs to sell at least 250 items. Consider the following three examples:

1. Group A sells 255 items at an average retail price of $22. Since they sold 255 items, their gross profit is $2,244 (255 items x $22/item x 40%). Because they sold at least 250 items, their take-home profit would be $2,244.
2. Group B sells 90 items at an average retail price of $22. Since they sold 90 items, their gross profit is $792 (90 items x $22/item x 40%). Because they didn’t sell at least 250 items, their take-home profit would be $542 ($792 - $250 admin fee).
3. Group C sells 25 items at an average retail price of $22. Since they sold 25 items, their gross profit is $220 (25 items x $22/item x 40%). Because they didn’t sell at least 250 items, the $250 administrative fee is applied, and the group will receive an invoice for $30 ($250 administrative fee - $220 profit).
