No Delivery Option

The group will be charged a $99 order processing fee. You must arrange to either pick up your order or have a courier deliver it at your expense from the closest pickup facility. If your order is not picked up at the packing facility due to distance and needs to be transferred to a closer pickup facility, an additional transfer shipping fee will be added to your invoice.
