Crazy about Cookies Shipping Guidelines

Shipping is free for 500+ item orders. The group will be charged $1.00 for each item short of the 500-item minimum. (For example, if the group sells 450 items, they will be charged 50 items x $1.00 = $50).

Order will be delivered within 3-4 weeks once the company receives the order forms.

Frozen food orders are shipped and delivered frozen. Items should not be removed from student boxes until they are distributed to customers. The product should be refrigerated or refrozen within 4-6 hours after delivery. Big Fundraising Ideas is not responsible for products not being stored properly.
