How it Works
How do we raise money?
Your group profits when participants sell Vanilla Blueberry Bars to friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered up front, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product. This gives you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order Vanilla Blueberry Bars at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.

How soon can we start?

How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their product allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many bars you want them to sell. Since orders ship eight inner boxes to the case, consider issuing one box to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 8. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold snack bars to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Vanilla Blueberry Bars fundraiser.

Can Vanilla Blueberry Bars cause allergies?
Nut allergies are the body's immune response to the proteins found in nuts. The body fights them off because it treats them as a potential threat. This response is an allergic reaction.
Vanilla Blueberry Bars are dairy-free and do not contain peanuts, nuts, sesame, or soy as ingredients; however, they are produced at one location with no dedicated facility free of these ingredients, which may result in cross-contamination.
What's the difference between a nut and a peanut?
Despite their name, Peanuts are not nuts—they are classified as legumes, meaning they are part of the same family as beans, lentils, and peas. On the other hand, tree nuts are a diverse group of nuts that grow on trees, including almonds, walnuts, cashews, pine nuts, and hazelnuts.
Is peanut-free the same as tree-nut-free?
Someone allergic to peanuts will not automatically be allergic to tree nuts. The proteins in peanuts are significantly different from those in tree nuts, including almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, or walnuts.
What is the non-GMO project?
Non-GMO means a product is produced without genetic engineering, and its ingredients do not come from GMOs. Non-GMO Project Verified additionally means that a product complies with the Non-GMO Project Standard, which includes stringent testing, traceability, and segregation provisions. Does nut-free mean no nuts?
The nut-free labeling means the product does not contain nuts. However, it doesn't guarantee the snack is made inside a dedicated nut-free facility.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a 1-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 62 participants wants everyone to sell 50 bars:
- 62 participants x 50 bars / participant = 3,100 bars
- 3,100 bars x $2.00 / bar = $6,200 gross sales
- $6,200 x 50% profit = $3,100 profit
The profit percentage would be 50% because you must order 78 cases (Volume discounts apply)
