How do we raise money?
Your group profits when participants sell Yummy Lix lollipops to their friends and family.
How do we pay?
Since the product is ordered up front, you have the following payment options:
- Purchase order: If you're a public school, you can order without paying up front. A purchase order is a legally binding document between your group and us. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the product. This gives you time to collect enough money to pay your bill. You then keep the rest as profit.
- Credit card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: You must provide your bank routing and account numbers. We will send you a form via a secure encrypted email to complete, sign, and return. Contact us
Order Yummy Lix lollipops at a discounted price and then sell them at full retail. The difference is your profit.
Do you offer pricing discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. For more information, see our 'Case Pricing' table at the top of the page.
How long is the fundraiser?
We recommend giving your sellers one week to sell their product allocation and turn in the money.
TIP: Use a tracking sheet to ensure timely and accurate money turn-in.
How much should I order?
The size of your order depends on the number of participants in your group and how many lollipops you want them to sell. Since Yummy Lix lollipop orders ship 16 inner bags to the case, consider issuing one bag to each seller.
To determine how many cases to order, divide the number of participants in your group by 16. Round up to the following case number if needed.

Do you take back unsold products?
We do not accept returns. We aim to maintain the same high level of product freshness for every customer. The USDA also has stringent guidelines that we must adhere to.
TIP: Consider issuing unsold lollipops to participants who volunteer to sell them in exchange for a portion of the profit. This way, you will maximize your profits as much as possible.
Can participants earn prizes?
We don't offer any prize programs with our Yummy Lix lollipop fundraiser.

How much do lollipops sell for?
We suggest selling our lollipops for $1 each.
How many lollipops per case?
There are 640 lollipops per case. The cases contain eight inner cartons of 80, each with two clear bags of 40 lollipops.
What size are the lollipops?
Each lollipop is 1.0 oz.
Can we choose our flavors?
No. All flavors are preselected, and we cannot break up cases. Our lollipops will not include all the flavors noted in a single case; they’re a random assortment. These flavors are subject to change at any time. Because our flavors are random, the case mix will sometimes vary through production, with other flavors rotating in and out throughout the year. There is also no set quantity by flavor.
How long do lollipops last?
Yummy Lix has a one-year shelf life when stored at 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do your lollipops contain artificial dyes?
All lollipops contain artificial dyes and flavors. Depending on the flavor, they may contain buffered lactic acid, malic acid, artificial color, Blue 1, Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.
Are Lollipops gluten-free?
Yummy Lix Lollipops are 100% gluten-free. Lollipops that may contain gluten have special fillings like bubblegum.
Are lollipops allergy-free?
All our lollipops, including the manufacturing equipment and facility, are entirely allergen-free and contain no nuts, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, lactose, or shellfish.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a 1-case minimum order requirement.
How much money can we make?
Estimating your profit is easy. Consider the following example.
A sponsor with 54 participants wants everyone to sell one bag each (40 lollipops/bag):
- 54 participants x 1 bag / participant = 54 bags
- 54 bags x 40 lollipops / bag = 2,160 lollipops
- 2,160 lollipops x $1 / lollipop = $2,160.00 gross sales
- $2,160.00 x 50% profit = $1,080.00 profit
The profit percentage would be 50% because you must order 4 cases. See the 'Case Pricing' table at the top of this page. (Volume discounts apply):
- 54 participants x 1 bag / participant = 54 bags
- 54 bags ÷ 2 bags / carton = 27 cartons
- 27 cartons ÷ 8 cartons / case = 3.375 cases (Roundup)
- The final profit is $1,280.00 because you must order 4 cases.
